This is sex parody to DS witch touching series Doki Doki Majo Shinpan. Use the hand and mouth tools to touch Maho up and strip her before using the penis to finish. Game has sound but no voice, there is alot of Japanese text in the opening but it can be skipped easily. Pressing the blue face in the top left seems to change the controls to make the game easier.
